Name: The Decisive Truth Regarding The Principles Of Fiqh by Abu Hazim Al-Zahiri

Description:

The truth has become clear, and falsehood has vanished.

In these four volumes, I have clarified the entire Ẓāhirī Uṣūl, the correct way of understanding the revelation of Allāh, and all praise is for Allāh. Whoever reads this has read Al-Iḥkām of Ibn Ḥazm—the greatest existing book on this subject.

Every word herein is written only seeking the reward from Allāh, and in fulfilling the obligation imposed by Allāh the Most Exalted.

This book contains about 1500 narrations, filled with decisive evidences, invalidating all other positions.

I have added Ibṭāl al-Qiyās as well, with a lot of changes and additions, more barāhīn and clarification, it replaces the previous version.

Spread the PDF everywhere, the hardcover version will be available soon, by the will of Allāh the Most Exalted.

Name: Discourse on Who is a Kāfir obliging his Takfīr and whom no Takfīr is obliging as he is a Muʿmin not a Kāfir

Description: If those who have negated excuses for ignorance in the religion of Allāh had only sought the Prophet ﷺ instead of crawling towards the sayings of their forefathers, they would not have fallen into such grave mistakes.

I have clarified in this book that there are excuses for ignorance in all aspects of the religion, with nearly a hundred narrations of the Prophet ﷺ for all aspects.

Name: The Book of Ṭahārah

Description:

In this book, I have clarified the chapter of Ṭahārah (Purification). The source of all conclusions is from nothing other than Allāh and his Messenger ﷺ alone. There is not a single Ḥadīth that is used as a ḥujjah that is weak. In this chapter, that is approximately 230 authentic Aḥādīth from the Prophet ﷺ. I have mentioned the authenticity of all narrations used as ḥujjah by anyone in the footnotes. I kept it as short as possible while clarifying the Ḥaqq in each masʿalah and clarifying the corruption of those mistaken.

“O Allāh, You know that we do not rule by anything or anyone other than Your words and the words of Your Prophet ﷺ, upon whom You have sent Your blessings and forgiveness, in anything that arises between us and in everything we dispute and disagree about in its ruling. We do not find in ourselves any resistance to what Your Prophet ﷺ has judged, even if it angers everyone on earth. We oppose them and become a distinct group against them. Verily, we submit to that, hastening towards. We do not hesitate, disobeying anyone who opposes it, being certain that they are mistaken according to You and that we are on the right path according to You. O Allāh, keep us steadfast on this and do not let us deviate from it. I ask You, O Allāh, for our children and our Muslim brothers to follow this path, so that we all adhere to it until we reach the abode of recompense. Āmīn, by Your grace, O Most Merciful of the merciful.

Al-Iḥkām Fi Uṣūl Al-Aḥkām 1/99 by Ibn Hazm raḥimahullāh

Why the Zahiri Madhab?

Verily, Allāh has made guidance in nothing other than the Qur’ān and Sunnah exclusively. He said, “Say, ‘If I go astray, I go astray only to my own loss; but if I am guided, it is by what my Lord reveals to me.’” [transl. Sūrah Saba’: 50]

Verily, Allāh and His Messenger ﷺ have clarified every single thing we are obliged, allowed, and forbidden to do, no matter the era or place. Allāh, the Most Exalted, said, “And your Lord is never forgetful.” [transl. Sūrah Maryam: 64]

And verily this knowledge, whether regarding beliefs (‘aqīdah) or rulings (aḥkām), is clarified in the Qur’ān and Sunnah of the Prophet ﷺ alone. Allāh, the Most Exalted, obliged the Prophet ﷺ to say, “I follow nothing except what is revealed to me by my Lord.” [transl. Sūrah Al-A’rāf: 203]

Allāh also said, “We have neglected nothing in the Book.” [transl. Sūrah Al-An’ām: 38] Allāh also said regarding the Messengers, “Never did I say anything to them except what You ordered me with.” [transl. Sūrah Al-Mā’idah: 117]

Verily, Allāh negated the possibility of any difference of opinion regarding anything from His revelation: the Qur’ān and Sunnah of the Prophet ﷺ. He said, “They said, ‘Do we have any say in the matter?’ Say, ‘Indeed, the matter belongs completely to Allāh.’” [transl. Sūrah Āli ‘Imrān: 154]

Allāh also said, “It is not for any believing man or believing woman, when Allāh and His Messenger have decreed a command, to have a choice in their affair.” [transl. Sūrah Al-Aḥzāb: 36]

Allāh also said, “And he does not speak out of desire. It is only a revelation revealed [to him].” [transl. Sūrah Al-Najm: 3-4]

Verily, the opinions of the fallible creation, no matter who they are or how large their number is, cannot oblige, permit, or prohibit anything that has not come in the Qur’ān and Sunnah of the Prophet ﷺ. Allāh, the Most Merciful, said, “Say, ‘If ˹all˺ humans and jinn were to come together to produce the equivalent of this Qur’ān, they could never bring forth anything like it, no matter how much assistance they lent one another.’” [transl. Sūrah Al-Isrā’: 88]

Let him who obliges, forbids, or permits anything using other than the words of Allāh and His Messenger ﷺ beware. What will his ḥujjah be when he is asked about it by Allah? Be certain that the one who will be asked, “With what did you rule?” If his answer is, “By Your words and the words of Your Messenger ﷺ sent to us,” he frees himself from consequence. Whoever answers with anything other than that will see the result of his actions. This is the Ẓāhirī Madhab, following nothing other than what has come from Allāh and His Messenger ﷺ and rejecting anything that is other than that, as ordered by Allāh. Embrace this path of clarity and certainty, and find peace in adhering to the true guidance by the will of Allāh. And you will find a wealth of resources dedicated to understanding and implementing the Ẓāhirī Madhab.
